Description
Learn how to become a Product Owner and what tools you have to drive the development of the product. While the Scrum Alliance provides a list of core concepts that must be covered in the class, each instructor creates his or her own material, allowing courses to differ based on the strengths, interests, and experiences of the instructor.

Prerequisite
Participants should be familiar with the basics of Scrum and have read the ScrumGuide

Goal
Learn the essentials of working as a Product Owner in this two-day class. This two-day interactive course equips you with all you need to know about being an effective product owner.

At the end of the class, you will understand how you can leverage Scrum to optimise value creation and customer satisfaction. You will understand the product owner role with its authority and responsibility, and its interaction with the other Scrum roles. You will be able to create a product vision, stock and refine the product backlog, order the backlog, and systematically refine requirements. You will also be able to create a realistic release and track the project progress and understand how you can effectively collaborate with the ScrumMaster and Development Team.

Training
The training is done with a lot of exercises. Be prepared to do hard work. The training will give you the feeling of Scrum itself.

Using anecdotes and experience, teaching the Scrum, and how to use it to be an effective leader of product development – you will learn to be a Product owner.

Certification
There is no test but you will certify if you follow and participate in class.
