Conversation AI, the new User Experience

Why are Chatbots becoming an increasingly powerful AI applications? How are they positively impacting every aspect of businesses while making the users happy? In this talk, we will answer these questions by understanding chatbots, the technology that makes them powerful (Natural language processing and Machine Learning) and how they are becoming the new User Interface.

What will the audience learn from this talk?
There are a large number of companies trying to tackle customer support and customer experience with Chatbots. Through this talk, those new to conversation AI, would learn how and why they should explore this technology. This talk will act as a starting point in initiating a companies conversation AI journey. Those who are already on their journey to conversational AI, would learn the best practices and tools available for smooth adoption. With a live demo, audience will be able to see and lean how to create a chatbot with Google Cloud Dialogflow.

Does it feature code examples and/or live coding? It features a live demo, coding will be very limited, mostly showing the code.
