This Certified ScrumMaster course will cover the basics of Scrum as needed for the Certified ScrumMaster exam and functioning in a Scrum environment, but more, will introduce you to how it feels to be working in a highly agile organization. Through fun and high-energy activities, such as Draw-the-Drawing exercise and the famous Elephant Carpaccio, Dr. Cockburn will lead you to experience agile as it should be done, tearing away the cobwebs of what is becoming dull-and-dreary agile. Expect to leave the course energized and with a deeper understanding of what is and is not agile/Scrum.
Following the course, each participant is enrolled as a potential Certified ScrumMaster, which includes a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance, where additional Certified ScrumMaster-only material and information are available.
