Talks at GOTO Copenhagen 2024
Katrine Hald Kjeldsen is a seasoned Agile Coach and Organizational Developer. She works with company-wide, systemic change with a particular focus on agile leadership, complex collaboration patterns and team dynamics.
She started her career in 2002 as external lecturer in Media Studies, and then took an incidental but very fortunate step into the world of tech, where she has worked in a wealth of integrative roles.
Katrine is also the proud holder of an ADHD-diagnosis, which she credits for her unorthodox approach to consulting and change management. She is also the mother of two adult children with AuDHD.
In her private life, she has worked with neurodiversity since 2004, including serving as the chair of a nationwide organization for relatives. She has now decided that the "third act" of her professional life will be dedicated to combining her organizational knowledge with that of neurodiversity and neuroinclusion, so we can create workplaces and job markets where everyone thrives, both the neurodivergent and the neurotypical.
