Making Engineering Antifragile

GEngineering and architecture led are cornerstones of the LEGO Group strategy. The focus on both, emphasis that engineering is at the heart of how we work at the LEGO Group. There are multiple ways to implement this leadership, many of which comes with significant challenges.

In this talk, Eamonn presents such challenges and describes how this leadership can be implement so that it is antifragile across organisational change, distributed geography, and forward in time.
