I am a passionate agile practitioner working in SimCorp as Development Manager with focus on people and strategy. I am super interested in topics about personal and organizational development with the purpose of getting business adaptability. I've taken part in and driving two agile transformations - one not so successful, the other still in progress and in a better shape.
