Kim is passionate about being impactful in solving customer problems. She has 20 years of experience in IT and Product Management. She started in software development, moved to business intelligence, then took on improving the lives of customers through better operations and data. Later she became the Agile Transformation Leader at GE Aviation. She is a Principal Consultant at Scrum Inc and works with Jeff Sutherland on Scrum@Scale.
