There is a lot of buzz about scaling agile at the moment. One of the most popular frameworks when multiple agile teams need to collaborate is the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Based on practical experience from implementing agile in the enterprise, we make a comparison between a SAFe organisation and a typical project organisation implementing Scrum on team level, so you can make up your mind if SAFe might be useful or the devil in disguise.
