Jesper Boeg Implementing Agile and Lean principles in the context of innovation and product development has been Jesper’s work and passion for almost two decades. He has great passion for continuous improvement and is constantly trying out new principles, structures, tools and practices to find better ways of delivering great solutions and make work easier, simpler and more enjoyable for everybody involved.
Jesper works with the entire value stream from C-level to individual team members and is equally at home mentoring the CEO and coaching teams. Though born and raised in IT Jesper has spent considerable time in recent years helping companies adopt Agile principles in the very different contexts of developing wind turbines, enzymes and microorganism.
