Florence has been working in software development and QA for 10+ years.
After 8 years as a developer and then a QA in critical systems, she joined Unity to focus on test automation and software infrastructure.
She now works in a team that focuses on developer velocity. Her team leverages internal and external tooling in order to increase iteration time, and also provides training material for onboarding new Unity employees. Her areas of choice are test automation and CI/CD.
