I work as a manager (whatever that means) in our own company. I shape different organizations with our customers: from startups to large organizations, from IT to hardware engineering. My lesson learned: an agile organization needs management as well as leadership tasks to be renegotiated by the teams and the organization. In this talk, I want to share ideas on the teams’ perspective.
