Murray is a world-leading quantum computing expert at D-Wave, the world's first company to sell computers exploiting quantum effects.
Quantum computing is not a futuristic science fiction imagination — it's already here, and your competitor might already be using it.
Murray is Vice President of Product Management at D-Wave, responsible for the Leap quantum application environment, Ocean tools, system software and documentation. He's been with the company since 2002 and is involved in all aspects of systems engineering and processor development for D-Wave's quantum computers.
Some of these project areas include:
- cryogenic refrigeration systems
- superconducting electrical filters
- cryogenic chip packaging
- magnetic screening and shielding
- QPU signals
- automated test systems
Previously, Murray led a team engaged in customer projects related to algorithms, applications, and performance testing.
