GOTO Copenhagen is a software development conference for developers, architects and tech leads who care about doing the craft well.

September 28 to October 2, 2026. Masterclasses run Monday and Tuesday at venues around Copenhagen, and the conference runs Wednesday to Friday at TAP1.

Mostly backend developers, architects and tech leads. You'll be at home if you're deep in a legacy migration, rethinking your platform, or trying to work out what to bet on next.

3 things. Every talk is picked by our program committee, not sold to us. No sales pitches from the stage. And the speakers stay. Around 75% of them hang around on the days they're not speaking, so the hallway conversations are as good as the program.

Speakers stay all week, so the person whose book you read is in the coffee queue. Three days out of the office is three days nobody can pull you into a stand-up, and everyone around you is solving the same problems at a different scale.

An expert program committee builds it. They're working practitioners, and they pick every talk based on what matters in software right now.

Cloud and DevOps, AI and data, frontend and web, security, developer productivity, programming, architecture, teams and organization, and tech for good (or evil). Every day mixes what you can use immediately with what's coming next, so you never get a full day of theory or a full day of tooling tips.

A full day with one expert and a small group, going deep on one topic. Hands-on, working through real problems. It's the closest thing to having a specialist sit with your team for a day. Masterclasses are booked as their own ticket, on their own or alongside the conference.

The conference tells you what's coming and what other teams are doing. A masterclass gives you a skill you can use on Monday. If you already know which problem you're trying to solve, do the masterclass. If you're scanning the landscape, do the conference. If you can, do both.

Yes, as long as spots are left. Go to the masterclasses page, pick your class and book it. You don't need to redo your conference booking. Classes are capped so everyone gets time with the tutor, which means they sell out well before the conference does.

Yes. Conference tickets come as 1, 2 or 3 days, so you can pick what fits your week.

Conference tickets cover all sessions on your chosen days, plus breakfast, lunch, snacks and coffee, the receptions and the conference party. Recordings and slides come to you afterwards. Masterclass tickets cover the class itself, materials, lunch and refreshments for that day.

Yes. Choose invoice at checkout and we'll bill your company directly. Get in touch at info@cph.gotocon.com if you need a purchase order number on it or a specific billing reference.

Registration fees aren't refundable, but you can pass your ticket to a colleague at no cost. Email info@cph.gotocon.com with the new attendee's details and we'll sort it.

Yes. You get a full playlist with all the slides and talks after the conference.
